Dotty is a touching film centered around an unlikely, beautiful friendship that cross generation gaps.
A lonely, sad 9-Year-Old boy stumbles across a caravan in the American Midwest owned by Dotty, an eccentric but kind women, old enough to be his grandmother. The rainbow decorated caravan is littered with exotic memorabilia from her past, and an incredible collection of brightly coloured shoes and the boy is able to forget about his troubles momentarily as he and Dotty embark on a journey that spans her colourful life.
